Internet Explorer users: To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
Once the FTP is open in Windows you will right click in the center of the screen. When the box pops up go down to where you see Login As. In the next pop up you will enter transcript and proadmin. Click on drivehqshare folder. Open UPLOAD FILES HERE. You can now drag and drop from your computer or you can copy and paste your audio in here.
It's that simple. Please drop us a line with your specs for your file/files. That's all there is to it. Our normal turnaround time is 3 - 5 business days. Please specify if you need a RUSH on your file/files.
